Built in 1865 by wealthy Lace Manufacturers – the Theatre Royal Nottingham is often referred to as The Grand Old Lady of Nottingham.
Complete refurbishment of a grade 2 listed water mill to create a substantial residential dwelling. Future Fire Solutions were tasked with the design, fabrication and installation of Schuco Steel Janisol Arte 2.0 Windows and Doors. Thus enhancing the existing historic building by bringing the glazing up to 21st Century standards of weathertightness and thermal performance. The existing building had not been occupied or un-inhabited for much of its recent history, but the potential was evident from the building shell and its position at the waters edge was spectacular. The new owners had fallen in love with the location the minute they first saw it.
